The Bonny Brothers, Chucky and Flip, of Verdon Road, were trying to invent a new dishwasher detergent to finance a wind tunnel under the clubhouse to perfect their electric runabout so as to win the big Beaverdam Slot Car Finals to pay off Cindy Lou Wickham’s rent so her house would not be foreclosed on by Banker Small, when they accidentally discovered a cure for cancer.
Now, Banker Small was found dead at his desk, a man claiming to be Cindy Lou’s father showed up, the boys’ electric runabout was found vandalized and the cancer cure has turned up missing.
